Revocation Policy

The provider, legal operator, and copyright holder of UYUNI is Tenko Krüger. The system architecture was developed by the digital manufactory Tenkosoft (hereinafter legally referred to collectively as "Tenkosoft").

No statutory right of revocation for entrepreneurs (B2B)

The offer of the UYUNI system infrastructure is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs (according to § 14 BGB), legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law within the meaning of § 310 (1) BGB.

A statutory right of revocation for consumers (according to § 13 BGB) therefore does not exist.

With the conclusion of a subscription or the binding booking of a setup fee, a legally valid B2B contract is concluded, which cannot be revoked according to the regulations for distance selling contracts with consumers. Any cancellations are subject exclusively to the terms and conditions agreed in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
