Terms of Use

The provider, legal operator, and copyright holder of UYUNI is Tenko Krüger. The system architecture was developed by the digital manufactory Tenkosoft (hereinafter legally referred to collectively as "Tenkosoft").

§ 1 Subject Matter & Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the UYUNI system infrastructure. The operator of the platform is Tenko Krüger (Tenkosoft Digitalmanufaktur). Use is exclusively permitted to authorized B2B customers after successful activation and authentication.

§ 2 Access & System Integrity

The access data provided (in particular cryptographic tokens and passwords) are highly sensitive and must be strictly protected against access by unauthorized third parties. Account sharing (the use of a personal login by several employees or third parties outside the company) is strictly prohibited.

Every access to the infrastructure is logged by the system to prevent misuse and to guarantee the integrity of the databases (multi-tenant isolation).

§ 3 Improper Use & Prohibited Actions

To ensure performance and security for all tenants, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • The automated reading of the platform or the API by scrapers, bots, or comparable tools.
  • Any attempt at reverse engineering, decompiling, or decrypting the source code.
  • The deliberate overloading of the system interfaces (e.g., through denial-of-service attacks).
  • The injection of malicious code, viruses, or manipulated scripts into the databases.
  • The use of the infrastructure for unlawful, fraudulent, or highly anti-competitive purposes.

§ 4 System Updates & Maintenance

The operator continuously develops the infrastructure. We reserve the right to add new features, adapt existing modules, or modify interfaces (APIs) at any time. Mandatory security updates or maintenance work will be carried out during low-usage times whenever possible.

§ 5 Sanctions for Violations

In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, in particular attacks on system integrity or unauthorized account sharing, the operator reserves the right to permanently block the affected access immediately and without prior notice. Any claims for damages remain unaffected by this.

§ 6 Changes to the Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time with effect for the future. Adjustments will be communicated to the customer in a timely and appropriate manner (e.g., via system notification or email).
